Information Needed

I'm looking for shipmates who remember 3 particular bilge fires on the Connie. Deck/Engineering logs will do.
The most important is the fire just before deplyment in Oct '71.
The other two were at sea. One in '69 in the forward bomb elevator/magazine directly below sick bay. The other was in #1 I believe.
Any help on this would be greatly appriciated.

    i,m looking for any shipmates who were serving from '61-'65 who may remember flight director #16 named Wilber Gabeheart "buddy". he was blown off of the ship by a jet blast. he was spotted hours later by a pilot and was rescued. any help will be greatly appriciated. thank you all. my e-mail: dp_red_01@yahoo.com
